Re-enactors can start setting up on Friday, May 3^rd at 3:00 pm. Please note, however, that the British camp layout may not be complete until 4:00 pm. The site will be open to the public Saturday, May 4^th from 10:00 am to 4:00 pm and Sunday, May 5^th from 10:00 am to 4:00 pm. No vehicles will be permitted in the camps between 9:30 am and closing on Saturday and Sunday. Please check in at registration cabin before you begin setting up.

Registration is done by unit, so please have your unit commander submit a registration form for your group below. If you have questions please contact battleoflongwoods@gmail.com.

Breakfast and lunch will be available to purchase on site from the Poplar Hill Lion’s Club.
