Longwoods Road Conservation Area, is located at 8348 Longwoods Road (Middlesex Country Road 2 – formerly Highway 2). Longwoods Road Conservation Area is 10 km east of Melbourne and 6.5 km west of Delaware in the Township of Strathroy-Caradoc, in Middlesex County.

If travelling east on Highway 401 from Windsor, exit at interchange 157. Travel north on Elgin County Road 14 / Middlesex 9 towards Melbourne, to County Road 2 (Longwoods Road). Drive east on County Road 2 approximately 10 km to Longwoods Road Conservation Area entrance (watch for the signs).

If travelling west on Highway 401 from Toronto or London, exit onto Highway 402 just west of London. Exit the 402 at interchange 86 to County Road 2 (Longwoods Road). Drive west on County Road 2 approximately 5 km to Longwoods Road Conservation Area entrance (watch for the signs).
