Please make sure your unit knows the following information:
- Setup can not begin before 4:00pm on Friday May 2nd. This is the site's rule, not
ours, so there are no exceptions. Please respect this rule.
- Registration will be on your way into the camp. Please register before continuing.
- The UTMRS will again be running a drill competition this year. If you'd like to get involved,
we'd love to have you.
- Longwoods will again be providing a Saturday evening meal this year. The menu will be
similar to past years.
- The Optimist Club will also be selling meals for reenactors and public for the entire weekend. If
you would like breakfast, the menu will be back bacon on a bun, or pancakes and sausage.
- Camps will be setup in different places this year, so please check with registration to confirm where
you will be. Once you arrive at your camp, please check with the quartermaster to ensure your unit is in the right place.
Unit Registration
Please note that for Longwoods this year we are again asking for unit registration. This is to simplify the process.
We have asked that you give us a list of all members of your unit covered by the unit insurance so that when participants
arrive, we can confirm they are covered. If someone from your unit is not planning on attending the event, please include
their name anyway. If you do not belong to a unit, you may still register, but you must be covered by insurance.
